Born Geofrey Juma in the early 1990s, Art Juma grew up in Nairobi, the capital of the country, and started pursuing music as a career in 2015. He had never taken music seriously before 2011, even though he had been experimenting with rap since then.
He discovered that music was the best tool for sharing his thoughts and experiences. utilizing hip hop in particular as a creative tool.

He was progressively becoming more confident with his art and fighting the sensation that he was good enough to share it, and it felt as though he was breaking the mold—especially after he noticed that everyone else in his peers seemed to be moving in a different direction than him.
His general surroundings and his dream that one day he will look back on yesterday and be happy with who he is motivate him to leave for a better life and to help others beyond their own mental restrictions.

Beyond just being an example, he wants to inspire people to reach their greatest potential in all they do, to see beyond what their hands and eyes can accomplish, and to truly fulfill their dreams.
